How it works
At Easy Home Charge we make every step of choosing and fitting your home electric vehicle charger simple. Below you’ll find an outline of each step when you make an enquiry and what happens on installation day. If you have any questions we are here to answer them. Simply call 0208 0162 264.
What happens when I make an enquiry?
Hit Get a quote to receive your Survey App link.
Complete the survey app information (if you need assistance we are happy to help).
We will then provide a quote via the app for you to approve. If there are any additional works required we will let you know at this stage.
Confirm the quote on the survey app if you are happy to go ahead.
We will then book your installation, collect payment and confirm a date and time.
What happens on installation day?
Your Expert
Our installation experts are City & Guilds accredited electricians with many years of experience installing electric vehicle chargepoints. All of our experts maintain a very high standard and will work in a safe, clean and tidy manner.
Pre-arrival
On the installation date your expert will confirm their arrival time in advance of the installation via email and text message.
Pre-install
Upon arrival your expert will go through your survey and will confirm or find the best position for your charger based on your power supply and how you park your car.
Install
Next, the charger is fixed to the wall, a cable is run from the unit to the mains power supply, and it will be activated for use. Your expert will then connect the charger to Wi-Fi and pair it with the app explaining all the functionality.
Demo
Your expert will give you a full demonstration of your charger, what the different lights mean and how to get in touch if you have any questions.
